From NYC Streets to Marathon Coach
My Story
I started running in elementary school in NYC, competing in everything from 200m to 800m. After years away from the sport, I rediscovered running while helping a friend train for military service over the Manhattan Bridge.
That simple weekly routine grew into a passion that led me to the 2015 NYC Marathon - and changed my life completely.
My Mission
I realized that most running struggles come from three gaps: poor form, not knowing how to follow training programs, and not understanding proper workout execution.
That's why I created the first system that addresses all three: form workshops, skills-based virtual coaching, and hands-on execution training.
My Experience
10 years coaching runners of all levels
5 of 7 World Marathon Majors finisher
70+ races completed including ultramarathons
Featured in running magazines for innovative coaching methods
Beyond Coaching
I give back through Run for Chinatown programs and teach running form to NYC public school students.
Coaching Philosophy
Every person can become a runner with proper guidance. My job is to make sure you run pain-free, enjoy the process, and achieve goals you never thought possible.
