EVENT PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Please read carefully before participating.

By signing up for and/or participating in any event, group run, workout, class, or activity organized by Coach Kai LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

    I understand that running, walking, physical training, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    1. Falls

    2. Contact with other participants

    3. Traffic, road, or trail hazards

    4. Weather conditions

    5. Physical exertion that may result in injury, illness, or death

      I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation.

  2. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    I affirm that:

    1. I am physically able to participate in this activity

    2. I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or I have consulted a medical professional

    3. I understand Coach Kai LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

      I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety during the event.

  3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

    Coach Kai LLC, its owners, coaches, volunteers, contractors, assistants, partners, and affiliates

    from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

    I agree to:

    1. Follow event instructions and safety guidelines

    2. Use good judgment during the activity

    3. Stop participating if I feel unsafe, injured, or unwell

      I understand Coach Kai LLC may remove me from participation if my actions are unsafe.

  5. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE (OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED)

    I grant Coach Kai LLC permission to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.

  6. BINDING AGREEMENT

    I acknowledge that:

    1. This waiver applies to all Coach Kai LLC events, including recurring monthly events

    2. This agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, and assigns

    3. I have read this waiver fully and understand its contents

    4. I am signing it voluntarily
