V.O2 App Setup & Coach Connection Guide

Step-by-step guide to setting up your V.O2 training app and connecting with your running coach. Get your personalized training plans delivered automatically.

Step 1

Download the V.O2 App

  1. iOS: Search "V.O2" in App Store

  2. Android: Search "V.O2" in Google Play Store

  3. Download and install the free app

  4. Look for the app icon with "V.O2" branding

Step 2

Create Your V.O2 Account

  1. Open the app and tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account"

  2. IMPORTANT: Use the SAME email address you used for your coaching membership

  3. Create a secure password (mix of letters, numbers, symbols)

  4. Verify your email address when prompted

  5. Complete the basic profile setup

Step 3

Set Up Your Runner Profile

  1. Enter your personal information (age, weight, running experience level)

  2. Set your preferred units (miles/km, pace format, temperature)

  3. Add any relevant health information or limitations

  4. Set your typical running days and preferred workout times

  5. Save your profile information

Step 4

Connect with Me as Your Coach

  1. Look for "Connect with Coach" or "Add Coach" in the app menu

  2. Use this coach connection code: [YOUR COACH CODE]

  3. OR Use this direct connection link: [YOUR V.O2 COACH CONNECTION URL]

  4. You'll receive a confirmation message when connection is successful

  5. This allows me to send your personalized training plans directly to your app

Step 5

Familiarize Yourself with the App

  1. Explore the main dashboard and menu options

  2. Learn how to view your daily and weekly training plans

  3. Practice logging a completed workout (you can delete test entries)

  4. Set up push notifications for daily workout reminders

  5. Connect your GPS watch if you have one (optional but recommended)

  6. Review the help section for additional features

Step 6

First Week Expectations

  1. Your first training plan will appear within 48 hours of coach connection

  2. Plans typically update every Sunday evening for the following week

  3. You'll see daily workouts with detailed instructions

  4. Contact me if you don't see your plan within 2 business days

Troubleshooting

  • Search for "V.O2 training" or "V.O2 running"

  • Ensure you're using the same email as your membership
