V.O2 App Setup & Coach Connection Guide
Step-by-step guide to setting up your V.O2 training app and connecting with your running coach. Get your personalized training plans delivered automatically.
Step 1
Download the V.O2 App
- iOS: Search "V.O2" in App Store 
- Android: Search "V.O2" in Google Play Store 
- Download and install the free app 
- Look for the app icon with "V.O2" branding 
Step 2
Create Your V.O2 Account
- Open the app and tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account" 
- IMPORTANT: Use the SAME email address you used for your coaching membership 
- Create a secure password (mix of letters, numbers, symbols) 
- Verify your email address when prompted 
- Complete the basic profile setup 
Step 3
Set Up Your Runner Profile
- Enter your personal information (age, weight, running experience level) 
- Set your preferred units (miles/km, pace format, temperature) 
- Add any relevant health information or limitations 
- Set your typical running days and preferred workout times 
- Save your profile information 
Step 4
Connect with Me as Your Coach
- Look for "Connect with Coach" or "Add Coach" in the app menu 
- Use this coach connection code: [YOUR COACH CODE] 
- OR Use this direct connection link: [YOUR V.O2 COACH CONNECTION URL] 
- You'll receive a confirmation message when connection is successful 
- This allows me to send your personalized training plans directly to your app 
Step 5
Familiarize Yourself with the App
- Explore the main dashboard and menu options 
- Learn how to view your daily and weekly training plans 
- Practice logging a completed workout (you can delete test entries) 
- Set up push notifications for daily workout reminders 
- Connect your GPS watch if you have one (optional but recommended) 
- Review the help section for additional features 
Step 6
First Week Expectations
- Your first training plan will appear within 48 hours of coach connection 
- Plans typically update every Sunday evening for the following week 
- You'll see daily workouts with detailed instructions 
- Contact me if you don't see your plan within 2 business days
