This is not a race and not a run club, it’s a structured fitness test designed to meet you where you are.
What will happen
A guided warm-up led by a running coach
A warm-up jog to preview the mile route
A self-paced one-mile fitness test
Optional walk/run for those who need it
Clear guidance on how to use your mile to set training goals
We start and finish indoors, with restrooms available on the first and second floors.

I coach runners across all levels, from people running their first mile to athletes training for the NYC Marathon. My approach is rooted in proven training principles, consistency, and injury prevention.
